My wife and I enjoyed a tasty lunch and had the pleasure of meeting Carrie and Jeffrey. The food was fantastic. My Hawaiian Burger was decadently delicious as was my wife’s Mushroom Smash Burger. The fries were quite yummy as were the dipping sauces. The food is fresh, homemade and locally sourced. Even the glazed donut that served as the bun on the Hawaiian Burger was homemade. Had a fresh homemade pumpkin filled donut for dessert and it was divine. A hard working family run restaurant that cares about quality and community. I highly recommend!

The owners were incredibly nice and helpful. The food was out quickly and tasted FANTASTIC. I got the special- a Steak and Cheese Burger. It was so perfectly greasy and the taste was somehow nostalgic for me. More like a badass burger joints in Philly like when I was a kid. Either way it was an absolute pleasure to eat. My daughter got a Hotdog Burger (yes, you read that right. A HOTDOG BURGER. This is brilliant for kids, and shows how kid friendly they are). She was duly impressed. It’s counter service so don’t expect anything other than that. This is not a run of the mill restaurant. Counter service places are all about the food, it’s not a bar, it’s not long form dining. It’s rad burgers like nothing you’ve tasted around here. I’ve read other reviews that complain about “atmosphere” and other crap like that. IT’S COUNTER SERVICE, FOLKS. People that complain about counter service restaurants clearly haven’t been out of the NEK. People need to understand there are different kinds of eateries out there in the big, scary world and Jeffrey Burgers is one of them. Do yourself a favor and try it! Overall our experience was very positive and I will definitely be going back to work my way through the entire menu. Thanks guys, keep up the great work!

First time visit today. Here's my honest review: I'll begin by saying that I thought the Halloween decorations were too much. I have young children, and I wouldn't feel comfortable bringing them inside with those decorations up. Now, if that's not the vibe they're going for, disregard this comment. The lady who took my order was very nice. She was making a determined effort to provide excellent service, which I greatly appreciated. So good on ya' and keep it up! The food didn't take long to prepare (I was the only one inside, so that may have something to do with it). I did get the impression that they were preparing the burger fresh, though. Now for the food. I bought the Mushroom Smashburger (fried mushrooms and onions). I took the burger to go, and boy did it smell good! I was salivating over the smells wafting out of the container. The burger itself looked as good as it smelled. And I can happily say it tasted just as good, too! Very tasty, indeed! Here's my big disappointment, though: the price. The burger itself was listed at $14. The sides were $5. I skipped the side and just bought the burger, and I still paid $18 and some change! I only added condiments, which I was told didn't include an extra cost. So, here's my verdict: The food and service is good, and I really WANT Jeffery Burgers to succeed. Bu my wallet just can't survive the prices as they are now.

Jeffrey Burgers has the best burgers in the Northeast Kingdom! Jeffrey and Carrie provide great service and make sure you are welcome and cared for. Has a nice small town burger joint feel with fun holiday festivity. Great food, great service, great restaurant! The Mac and Cheese and Pulled Pork burger is very good, but the whole menu is great. Plenty of side options as well, would definitely recommend!

Food was good! The burgers are very tasty, and the menu options are interesting… For a “side” we had the corn ribs, and they were delicious! Had the mac n cheese, pulled pork burger. It was very good.

Best food I had during my stay in Vermont. Burger fans/veterans will enjoy new flavors and plenty of unique sides beyond your run-of-the-mill French fries. Photos feature Mushroom Smash Burger and Yuca Cheese Rounds (both highly recommended).

New family oriented restaurant in town. Staff were very personable and sweet. I tried the Hawaiian burger and it was amazing! Burgers were very flavorful and they even have gluten free buns. They had several burgers to try on the menu so I will definitely be back!

The burgers here are truly phenomenal! We got a Jeffrey Morning Burger and a Homemade Mac & Pulled Pork Burger. Both were amazingly good. We also got fried mushrooms and handmade fries which came with really good homemade dipping sauces. Both sides were fantastic. We’re so glad we found Jeffrey Burgers and will be back!
